1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the medical services provided by Sadiqi Medical Centre ("we", "our", "us"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sadiqi Medical Centre is a private medical clinic offering a range of healthcare services including, but not limited to:

  • Circumcision procedures
  • Hair loss treatment (PRP & Exosome therapy)
  • Joint injections (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, pelvis, knee, ankle, foot)
  • Private blood testing
  • Medical consultations

All procedures are performed by qualified, GMC-registered medical professionals in accordance with UK medical standards and regulations.

3. Appointments

Booking

  • Appointments must be booked in advance by phone, email, or through our website
  • We will confirm your appointment via email or phone
  • Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to change due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in discharge from our patient register

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment
  • Please contact us if you anticipate being late

4. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
  • Prices are subject to change; current fees are available on our website or upon request
  • Detailed invoices and receipts are provided for all services
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with consumer protection laws

5. Medical Consent

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have provided accurate and complete information about your medical history
  • You consent to examination, treatment, and procedures as explained to you by our medical professionals
  • You understand the nature of the treatment, including potential risks and benefits
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions and have received satisfactory answers

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, subject to the safe completion of any procedure already commenced.

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical information and updating us about any changes to your health
  • Following medical advice and post-treatment instructions
  • Attending scheduled follow-up appointments
  • Informing us of any adverse reactions or complications following treatment
  • Treating staff with respect and courtesy
  • Paying for services in a timely manner

7. Medical Records

  • We maintain confidential medical records in accordance with UK GDPR and professional standards
  • You have the right to access your medical records (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Records may be shared with other healthcare providers with your explicit consent or when required by law
  • We retain medical records for a minimum of 8 years in accordance with NHS guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

Whilst we strive to provide the highest standard of medical care:

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from any treatment
  • All medical procedures carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you prior to treatment
  • We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law

We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance in accordance with regulatory requirements.

9. Complaints and Concerns

If you have any concerns about your treatment or our services:

  • Please speak to the treating clinician or practice manager in the first instance
  • We have a formal complaints procedure available on request
  • We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 28 days

10. Safeguarding

We have a duty to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. If we have concerns about abuse or neglect, we may be required to share information with appropriate authorities without your consent.

11. Photography and Recordings

  • Medical photography may be taken for clinical record purposes with your consent
  • We do not permit patients to record consultations or procedures without prior written permission
  • Any use of clinical images for educational or marketing purposes requires separate explicit consent

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate our professional relationship if:

  • You behave in a threatening or abusive manner towards staff
  • You repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice
  • You fail to pay for services rendered
  • You provide false or misleading medical information

In such cases, we will provide written notice and assist with transfer of care where appropriate.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
